[ A series of six lovingly wrapped boxes will appear at Nanaue's doorstep some time in December thanks to the help of Claire.
Each box is a different colour and seems to go with the gift inside. And what's in the boxes you may ask? We're so glad you asked because there arefivedifferenttophats (although this last one has a big shark that is probably meant to be Nanaue wrestling the large ship). They come in varying sizes, but are technically meant to be a little on the smaller side in proportion for him because she and Jesper thought he'd look more adorable (but still distinguished!) that way.
The final box which is much smaller than the other two contains a bottle of the perfume they had tried together in Nocwich labelled, "Spicy Flower Cake 🌸" in Hilda's elegant handwriting.
The accompanying note will have a little drawn picture of Hilda holding Nanaue's hand, her name on the bottom and two little kiss marks. ]
[the package is non-descript, and wanda puts it in nanaue's home after making sure the sharkman isn't around to spot her. it's not meant to be a secret, but it's more fun this way, she thinks. nanaue will find a few paper-wrapped "donations" next to one another, each with a letter of her name, all some cut or another of meat. this way he will know it comes from her, if he has the patience to read it. hopefully he doesn't think it's her??
and, additionally, his home now sports a new dangling decor. she isn't as good as nanaue is with his creations, but hopefully he'll like it.]
[ Sent via one of the merchants that intermittently run between Cadens and Solvunn, Nanaue will receive a package delivered to his doorstep; when opened, it will reveal a gift wrapped in black, white and pink. Inside, he'll find a stack of coloring books in various difficulties, their themes a bit more mechanical and fantastical than the pastoral ones common in Solvunn. Along with them is a nice notebook of good quality paper, and a set of fine colored pencils. At the bottom is a small card, which releases a little pink butterfly made from light when opened. In familiar script, the card says,
[In the weeks following this post, Nanaue will receive an embroidered badge, designating them part of Aloy’s monster hunting crew. There doesn’t seem to be anything special about it—it can be sewn anywhere the wearer likes, and appears to have been stitched with a practiced hand.
If the wearer is incapacitated, a spell woven into the threads by Haelva will activate, allowing the user to send an emergency message to another member of the group—use it wisely.]
[ Claire waits until she thinks Nanaue is away, and then leaves a wrapped present. There's a large red balloon tied around it and a card that says, in large black print: PRESENT FOR NANAUE. FROM: CLAIRE. Inside, is a shark mosaic that she's made out of the pebbles he dug up. Using magic she's smoothed them out and shaped them, but manually put together a little gift for him. She wanted him to see what he dug up, made into something just for him. ]
[When Nanaue returns to his barn that night, he'll find a wall covered with frost. A bunch of sharks, seals, and fishes have been drawn on it. On the ground there's a huge ice sphere with tons of native Solvunn fish frozen inside. On top of the sphere, a little note with awful handwriting that says-]
